9am-10:30am Visual Rehearsal

10:30-12pm Load Truck/Packed Lunch

12:00pm Depart SHS

1:30pm Arrive @ McBee HS

1:30- 2:30 Restrooms/Unload Truck/Change into Uniforms

3:00-3:45 Warm-up

3:50 Gate

4:00 Performance

4:30-5:15 Load Truck/Change out of uniforms

5:30 Dinner (Students will need to bring money for concessions)

6:00 Students will eat dinner in stands while watching other bands perform

9:30pm Awards

10:15pm Depart McBee HS

11:45pm Arrive @ SHS
