Purpose of the Sumter Band Booster Club:

 

 

          The Sumter Band Booster Club is a collection of Sumter band supporters that include family members, friends, staff members, alumni members, and community members.  The purpose of this organizations is to promote, encourage interest and support the Sumter bands.  The Band Booster Club provides financial aid in the form of fundraising so that the Sumter band may continue to grow, travel, and compete!  This organization also provides volunteers when the band is in need.  Some of these volunteer activities may include but are not limited to: Uniform duties, making props, driving the bus, helping with concessions, sewing, shopping for food supplies, and chaperoning!

 

 

 

Am I eligible to join the Sumter Band Booster Club?

 

 

          All parent/guardians of current members, community supporters, and alumni of the Sumter band program are eligible to join the Sumter Band Booster Club!  All alumni members must have graduated more than two years prior to joining the Sumter Band Booster Club.

 

 

 

I would love to join!  How do I become a part of the Sumter Band Booster Club?

 

 

           You can either contact one of the Executive Committee members listed above or you can send Ms. Stoudenmier and email through our contact forum listed below.  If using the contact forum below, an Executive Committee member will be in contact with you soon.

 

         Annual membership for the Band Booster Club is $20.00 for the Basic Individual Membership and $35 for the Blue and Gold Membership (2 people).  Each additional immediate family member costs $5.00 per individual.  This membership begins June 1st and ends on May 31st.
